Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Malaysian online store are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

Prices may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your order will normally be the price shown when your order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before completing checkout.

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns

Eligible change-of-mind return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the requirements described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Separate arrangements may apply where goods are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or where another remedy is required by applicable law.

11. Warranty

Certain products may be covered by a limited Plix warranty.

Applicable warranty conditions are described in our Warranty Policy and any additional information supplied with the relevant product.

Our contractual warranty is provided in addition to any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
